Allied Scholars for Animal Protection (ASAP) is building a unified, orchestrated, and sustainable infrastructure for animal advocacy at colleges and universities. They offer funding, training, mentorship, and on-the-ground logistical support to campus groups and leaders. By empowering talented young people and establishing a robust network of campus advocacy groups, ASAP aims to transform society's treatment of animals in a single generation. 🚀IAA team updates: our team attended AVA last month!
We hosted a networking event — 64 people attended, resulting in 256 new connections!
We organised an EA meetup at AVA and facilitated the EA criticism discussion. You can find our points here.
Our Strategic Advisor Constance Li gave a keynote opening talk and hosted a workshop on text- and image-based generative AI tools to advance advocacy efforts
