🚀 Impactful Animal Advocacy (IAA) updates!
It’s been a busy month! Here’s what we’ve been working on:
Tomorrow, we’re hosting a Welfare Footprint Workshop with Cynthia Schuck from about how to use their research. Feel free to join us!
We are continuing to build out our resources:
Database of farmed animal advocacy conferences (with updated 2024 dates!)
Co-founder Constance represented IAA at EAGxVirtual. She hosted the farmed animal meetup and participated in office hours and the career fair:
Constance & Sofia helped organize a potluck and networking event in NYC with over 20 advocates. Check out our local Slack channels to be notified when there are more events in your local area!
Our community is still growing at healthy rate! There are 1700 members in our Slack group — sign up here to join.
IAA participated in the EA Forum’s Marginal Funding Week to share our strategy, updates on projects, and how we would use additional funding. We even shared stories of impact from our community members, like you.😊
🩷With end of year approaching, we hope that you consider supporting our work. We have several services that we think are worthwhile to expand, but that is dependent on funding. Any donations we receive will determine what we focus on in 2024.
